At DASH Home Health Services, our goal is to help you regain your independence as quickly as possible. We provide services in the comfort of your own home by partnering with your doctor/practitioner to develop a personalized care plan and teach you the skills that are necessary to maintain that plan. Each person will receive exceptional individualize care.
Our staff includes nurses, therapists, and social workers to make sure you are getting the exact home care services you need to achieve a positive patient outcome.

Skilled Nurses
Skilled nurses provide you with assessment, monitoring and education. They also provide certain medical treatments and assist with chronic disease management. Our on-call staff is available 24 hours a day to make sure you can access care when you need it.

Medical social workers can inform you and your caregivers of resources throughout your community that may assist in your recovery and help navigate challenges you may experience due to your medical condition.
